The Change Management & Engagement intern will bring strong organizational and communication skills to help develop and deliver impactful programs that accelerates Acrisure’s strategic initiatives. This position reports into the Change Management & Engagement team that focuses on the people side of change. Our goal is to create a high-performance and dynamic culture that pivots to the needs of our clients while creating an environment of engaged and informed colleagues around the world. Our goal is to inspire, educate, and accelerate adoption while mitigating risks.
We are looking for an energetic, creative team member with exceptional verbal and written communication and program management skills. The ideal candidate delivers continuous results in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively with immediate and extended team members, and feels comfortable working in a high-visibility role.
Responsibilities:
Understand Acrisure’s change management strategy and execute plans aligned with Acrisure’s transformation initiatives.
Own specifical change management deliverables and programs that includes change management plans, communication plans, training plans, and transition plans.
Help design dynamic, impactful awareness communications intended for delivery across a wide variety of formats for websites, emails, presentations, training material, leadership talking points, and more.
Coordinate events including office hours, Q&A sessions, and virtual training sessions to increase understanding and speed adoption.
Participate in team meetings, coordinate reviews, and ensure feedback is addressed and incorporated into transformational program deliverables.
Proactively communicate program changes and flag issues and recommend solutions to team and leaders.
Operate alongside talented change management and transformation colleagues in creating, executing, and delivering on impactful changes across an incredible company.
Key Skills and Experience:
Currently or recent graduate (less than one year) with a Bachelor or Master’s degrees in business, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources or equivalent.
Demonstrates a high-level of professional and business judgment when communicating with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
Ability to work in ambiguous situations, adaptable and flexible.
Active listening skills, ability to strengthen cross-functional relationships.
Strong written, speaking, facilitation, and creative capabilities.
Demonstrate strong sense of ownership to create and enhance impactful collateral for any audience, across medium.
Ability to drive multiple change, engagement, and adoption initiatives in an extremely faced-paced organization in a highly collaborative manner. Partner across the organization to amplify collaborative sprit and mindset and drive awareness and openness.
Solutions-oriented with strong abilities identifying, understanding, and addressing organizational issues and challenges.
Advanced in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, virtual platforms, and project management tools to develop automated solutions.
Certification in change management or program management is a plus
