Position Summary:
The Executive Casino Host (Asian Market) is responsible for enhancing the growth of gaming revenues and visitation of high-worth Asian market guests through the development of a targeted customer-base while adhering to the Company's standards, policies, and procedures.

In this Role:
Essential Qualifications:
• Must be at least 21 years or age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as either Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin or Vietnamese is required. Ability to prepare, read and interpret documents.
• Previous guest service experience with the specialty market community required.
• Must have a cultural understanding of the specialty market.
• Four years of previous sales, telemarketing, hospitality or gaming experience is preferred.
• General knowledge and understanding of casino games is preferred.
• Must possess a strong outgoing, enthusiastic and friendly personality.
• Proven ability to logically and independently plan, organize and complete work.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with Guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
• Demonstrated ability to identify problems, collect data, analyze, and draw valid conclusions.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products, with the ability to learn and comprehend new programs.
• Proven ability to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to maintain flexible hours and willingness to adjust schedule to meet business demands.
Physical Requirements:
Work Conditions:
Work is typically performed in a casino environment, which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain second hand smoke. Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. wide access. Tasks will also be performed from a sitting position. Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. Constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests.
