The Assistant Director will help create and implement a full-scale advising and student success program for the target population. Serve as the supervisor for five professional academic advisors as well as one professional support staff member. The Assistant Director must have a demonstrated committed to student success and equitable educational access and achievement. Reports to the Vice Provost for Advising and Student Success.
Job Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day leadership of staff and operations in the Exploratory Advising Center
Oversee front-desk and reception operations:
Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Minimum starting salary: $65,000
