We are beginning IMMEDIATE interviews today with Certified Nursing Assistants and experienced Home Health Aides, Caregivers who will provide in-home care for our client in Ravenna, MI
Creating a Safe, Effective Environment, Health Promotion and Maintenance, Nursing Skills, Health Care Administration, Patient Services, Verbal Communication, Listening, Training , Dependability, Emotional Control, Medical Teamwork working beside LPN Skilled Nurse Team

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
We are beginning IMMEDIATE interviews today with Certified Nursing Assistants and experienced Home Health Aides, Caregivers who will provide in-home care for our client in Ravenna, MI
- $16.00 per hour
- 24-36 hours per week. 2 to 3 DAY shifts.
- 24-36 hours per week 2 to 3 NIGHT shifts.
- 7am to 7pm OR 7pm to 7am
- Monitors patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and conducts Range of Motion exercise.
- Assists patients with gait belt transfers.
- Supports patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services and other household requirements; preparing and serving meals and snacks.
- Assists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Records patient information by making electronic charting entries; notifying nursing supervisor of changing or unusual conditions. (We will train you! ... it's easy!)
- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment by following asepsis standards and procedures; maintaining security precautions; following prescribed dietary requirements and nutrition standards;
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Protects the home care agency by adhering to professional standards, home care policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.
- Enhances service reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
